Knowing what you know now, what advice regarding business would you give yourself 10 years ago? Try to build a system and team that can grow with you. Hire the very best people you can afford and implement systems that can easily expand and grow with the organization. Retrofitting to new systems/processes is much more expensive and complicated once you are established. We were tested on this as we grew 3,000% over three years.
