Understanding the solutions your brand provides will help to drive PR strategy

What problem are you solving for your customers?

That’s one of the key questions I ask clients to help uncover their public relations goals. Once we know how they solve problems for their customers, we can build their brand story and tell it consistently across media platforms.

The following questions will prompt your own PR planning:

❓What problem/s are you solving for your customers?
❓Why is that important or valuable?
❓How did you identify a market opportunity for your service or product? Did it emerge as a result of a personal need? Research data? Personal observation?
❓What challenges did you face? Were there failures along the way that would add interest to your story?
❓What is your brand’s history? What is it about the founder’s personal business journey that others can relate to or be inspired by?

What problem does our company solve for its clients?
