I was struck by so many of the inaugural moments yesterday and thought of how companies and brands could leverage them.
Biden’s unusual visit – with the other former presidents and their wives – to pay their respects at the Tomb of the Unknowns was indicative a smart brand communications strategy.
In an incredibly moving way, that event brought to life parts of Biden’s story that showcases his best qualities – his sense of humanity, respect for others and hope for our nation.
